Orf

History

         A 32-year-old lady presented with  a very fascinating and interesting case of multiple orf. Two tense bullae on erythematous base with central necrosis giving both lesions a target-like appearance on both hands of about 10 days duration.

Ingrown toe nail

History

          lngrown nail (Onychocryptosis or Unguis lncarnatus) is one of the most frequent nail complaints. It occurs chiefly on the great toes (ingrown big toe nail), where there is an excessive lateral nail growth into the nailfold, leading to painful, inflammatory condition. The lateral margin of the nail acts as a foreign body and may cause exuberant granulation tissue.

Hydrocystoma

History

         A 50-year-old woman presented with an asymptomatic solitary translucent cyst containing clear fluid involved the lateral canthus area of many months duration. The lesion had been excised totally and sent for HP examination which was consistent with hydrocystoma.

En coup de sabre

History

         A 23-year-old female presented with a linear hyperpigmented depressed sclerotic plaque extending from the frontal hair line to the nasal root of more than 5 years duration. Other sites like the trunk and the extremities were not involved.
