Giant strawberry hemangioma

                     A 20-day-neonate presented with a congenital giant unilateral purplish vascular slightly elevated swelling covered the upper half of the right side of the face and nearby scalp region. The periorbital region was maximally involved.

Localized rosacea

                A 34-year-old woman presented with erythema superimposed by papules and pustules confined only to the nose of six months duration. Poor response to topical and systemic antibiotics. Small dose Isoterinoin (20 mg per day) for 6 weeks greatly improved the rash and maintenance on 10 mg per day sustained the improvement.

Tinea cruris

A 32-year-old male presented with a well-demarcated, red, scaly rash involved both crural areas symmetrically associated with mild itching of 3 months duration. KOH wet mount preparation of lesional scales yielded fungal hyphae and scores. Complete cure was obtained on treatment with oral griseofuvin plus topical clotrimazoler for 4 weeks.

Molluscum cotagiosum

An 8-year-old girl presented with three asymptomatic pearly-colored slightly irritated papules with characteristic central umbilication involved the nose, upper lip and infraorbital region of one month duration. All lesions have been easily and successfully curated.

Erythema ab igne

A 28-year old obese female presented with unilateral retculated hyperpigmentation involved on leg of 2 months duration.  The patient gave history of exposing her right leg only to an electrical heater during cold winter months. It started as redness and within 2 months changed into reticular brownish rash.
