A 25-year-old male presented with severely pruritic, red, rubbery nodules on the scrotum and penis of one month duration. Family history of scabies was positive. The patient had been treated with 10% sulfur in petrolatum for three consequative night with good response.

Cutaneous leishmaniasis
A 32-year-old woman presented with an asymptomatic, large, red, oval, indurated ulcerative plaque with punched-out border on the extensor surface of the forearm of 4 months duration. Intralesional injections of sodium stibogluconate given at 2 weeks intervals resulted in cure with some residual atrophic scar after 8 sessions.
Scabies
History
A 35-year-old man presented with a generalized papular rash associated with severe itching especially at night. On examination the penis was severely involved with red papules, nodules and erosions. Three days treatment with 10% sulfur ointment resulted in great improvement.
Cutaneous leishmaniasis

A 6-year-old boy presented with an asymptomatic erythematous slowly growing indurated and crusted plaque-nodule on the cheek of six months duration.
Scabies
History
A 3-year-old toddler presented with pruritic penile papules of few weeks duration. O/E, One burrow can be seen on the prepuce. Family history of scabies was positive.
Cutaneous leishmaniasis
History
A 23-year-old medical student presented with painless indurated ulcer having slopping border of three months duration. Two small red papules are also seen in the neighborhood of the mother lesion. Three sessions of sodium stibogluconate intralesionally have eradicated the lesions.

History
An asymptomatic, large-sized, slowly-evolving, indurated, dull-red, non-ulcerative plaque involved the cheek and upper lip of three years duration in a 76-year-old woman.

Multiple, asymptomatic, indurated, crusted, red ulcerative nodules on the legs of three months duration in a 10-year-old girl.
