A 72-year-old rural woman presented with an asymptomatic, large, pigmented nodulo-ulcerative lesion on the left side of the anterior chest of 4-5 years duration. The lesion was nearly rounded and about 6-7 centimeters in greatest diameter with pigmented rolled-up border. Clinically was diagnosed as ulcerative BCC and it has been excised totally with an about 0.5 cm safe margin and sutured in 2 layers under local anesthesia. Histopathologically, was consistent with totally excised ulcerative BCC.
