A 40-year-old dark-complexioned man suffered a slowly developed ulcer on one side of the scalp. The ulcer has rolled up border and granular base. The patient complained that his lesion bleeds easily even on minor touch. Within 4 years the ulcer has reached about 7 cm diameter and resulted in localized hair fall.
