History

           A 14-month-old male infant presented with asymptomatic, red-yellowish, few millimeters in diameter infiltrative papules involved the cheeks of 6 months duration. The mucosae and viscera were not involved. Skin biopsy showed dermal infiltration with non-lipidized histiocytes.
